Mar 8, 2012 · Thanks. I had Nav and the disk but sometimes it was stating. "Nav is not installed" because it could not read the disk. Take the disk out and check for dust and scratches. If it does not help, You can simply copy the disk to another DVD on your computer and try with the copy. You also can get an upgrated copy of the 2010 Nav disk from the ebay Unplug your phone from the car. Select Menu Settings Connected devices Connection preferences Android Auto Previously connected cars. Tap on top right menu. Tap on Forget all cars. Try plugging your phone into the car again. Make sure the car is compatible with Android Auto and that Android Auto is turned on.
